After being robbed of our parking pass at the airport- we got to the airport only to find that the airlines computers were down- we can’t check our bags, then finally after waiting in line behind 200 people- we are given a ticket that has a ‘?’ next to our seat number. Come to find the flight is overbooked. We r now stranded in the terminal. This day is fantastic! after 4 calls...

I am having a mild panic attack.
